How to Book

To attend Allison & Trevor's wedding the following information is required to book your space.

* Full Names exactly as shown on valid passport of each guest per room
* Birthdates of each guest
* Full mailing address including postal code
* Telephone number including area code
* Email address
* Departure Airport City eg. St John's, Halifax, Toronto, etc
* Form of payment

Email or the submitting your information through the booking form referenced above is the preferred method of communication because it guarantees correct booking details and spelling of names.

We need anyone who wishes to confirm with this group to contact us to place a non-refundable deposit of $300 per person, which will secure your seat and your room at the resort.

The final payment date for this booking will be August 1st, 2014 for the rates we have quoted if booked with deposit by January 13th, 2014. February 13th, 2014.

We are holding space for 30 days, so until Jan 13th Feb 13th at the rates we have quoted. Deposits received after that date will be subject to a price quote review.
